These terms govern the use of encareurope.com and the ordering of a vehicle through Auto&Bid LTD, company reg. no. 208833206.

What we do

We list vehicles offered for sale in South Korea, translated into Bulgarian, Romanian and English.

The price you see is a final estimated price delivered to your address: it includes the vehicle, sea freight, customs duty and VAT, unless stated otherwise on the listing page.

Listings are not our property

The data and photos come from the Korean market and are updated periodically. A vehicle may be sold or withdrawn from sale before we receive updated information.

For this reason, a listing on the site is an invitation to enquire, not a binding offer. You receive a binding price in a written confirmation from us.

Ordering and payment

Once you enquire, we confirm availability, the final price and the timeframe, and issue a payment document. The contract is considered concluded once we confirm the order in writing.

Payment is made by bank transfer to Auto&Bid LTD or to our Canadian intermediary company, VIN Trade. We do not accept cash payments for vehicles.

Timeframes and delivery

The estimated time from confirmed order to delivery is between 12 and 14 weeks, depending on shipping schedules, port operations and customs procedures.

The dates shown in the “Track your car” section are estimates. The final step — delivery to your address — is calculated as approximately seven days after arrival at the European port.

Vehicle condition

The vehicles are used. We display the inspection report and history to the extent available from the source.

A used vehicle may show wear that is not reflected in the documents. If in doubt, request an additional inspection before placing your order.

Right of withdrawal

If you qualify as a consumer under Bulgarian law, you have the statutory rights available to you, including the right of withdrawal where applicable to the specific transaction.

A vehicle ordered and imported to your explicit individual specification may fall under the exceptions to the right of withdrawal. We will let you know what applies to your order before you make payment.

Liability

We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, ports, customs or other authorities beyond our control, though we will always notify you as soon as we become aware of them.

We are not liable for indirect losses, such as loss of profit or the cost of renting a replacement vehicle.

Disputes

Bulgarian law applies. Disputes are settled by the competent Bulgarian court, unless a mandatory consumer protection rule provides otherwise.
